1 furnished room for rent in a 3-bedroom penthouse in Vesterbro, located right next to Enghave Plads metro station. Rent includes EVERYTHING: electricity, heating, water, laundry, toilet paper, detergent, soap.
We are two people living in a 150sqm apartment, and are looking for someone to fill the 3rd bedroom. The room is approx. 15.4sqm, and comes fully furnished with a double bed (140x200), table, clothing rack, and a wall-mounted TV.
The rent is 6.000kr per month, including ALL utilities (gas, electricity, water, heating) and soap, detergents, toilet paper, etc. The deposit is 18.000kr. (3 month's rent).
The apartment is on the 5th floor. There are two bedrooms on one end of the apartment, and a third bedroom at the other end. It is equipped with new and modern furniture and new hard goods. The walls are newly painted, too.
There are two bathrooms, a shared dining and living room, a kitchen, and a balcony. There is also a washing machine.
There is a little enclosed courtyard, and also an enclosed bicycle storage space. CPR registration is of course possible.
You would be sharing the apartment with me and Mathias, who owns the apartment. We are looking for a third housemate that can move in as soon as possible.
Ideally, we would like to find someone that is either studying or working-full time, and enjoys coming home to a cosy, quiet apartment. It would be great if you're up for a chat in the kitchen, want to watch a movie or cook together every now and again, but can also respect a closed door.
