I have half my apartment for rent - two apartments on same floor.
Meaning I will be in the one half with my bedroom and living room and you in the other half where you will have a private bedroom and a private living room. The two ends are separated by a long hall and with separate front door.
The living room is walk through to go to the kitchen though I only use the kitchen for the stove as I have a coffee / tea kitchen in the laundry room.
there is a share bathroom with a separate shower - not the cph style one where you shower on top of the toilet.
There is a laundry machine in the apartment that you of course can use too and in the basement a dryer too should you wish to dry your clothes.
The apartment is furnished - except for the bed as I believe it is nicer to have your own bed than a bed other people used.
It is not a party apartment but of course you can have friends for a dinner or something the like.
