We (Luca and Louise) are renting out one of the two bedrooms in our 100m2 apartment in Frederiksbrygge, Sydhavnen. The rent is 5500/month and includes everything (water, heat, electricity, internet, tv, using the washing machine/dryer, basic things like detergent/spices/toiletpaper/etc.).
THE APARTMENT
The apartment building is brand new and was finished in July 2018. The apartment itself is approx. 100 m2 with a large shared balcony, two bedrooms (enough space for a 140 bed, a closet, and desk), a large combined living room and kitchen (incl. dishwater, etc.) and a large bathroom with washer/dryer, all at your disposal. Additionally, there is a storage room where we can put all the things away that would otherwise take up space. The apartment is furnished, except for your room. However..., our current roommate is willing to sell the furniture and bed (120x200), currently in the room, if you want the room move-in-ready (at a fair price).
THE AREA
Frederiks Brygge is a newly built part of Sydhavnen situated 15 minutes by bike from the center of Copenhagen and 2 train stops from the central station. The area faces the canal and the apartment is a 1-minute walk from the water where you can go swimming (if you can handle the cold) or sit and chill with friends. Furthermore, you can buy your groceries either in Netto or Super Marco (high-end Italian supermarket) right around the corner from the apartment. Kødbyen can be reached in under 10 minutes by bike and is rich in cafes, restaurants, and nightlife.

We are Luca and Louise, boyfriend and girlfriend, working within sales and consulting. We love spending our free time staying active, seeing friends and family, and relaxing in our lovely apartment with the newest HBO series.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an easy-going non-smoker who likes to live in a clean apartment. We welcome all nationalities, genders, and orientations. We just hope to find a roommate we can get along well with so we can all have a fun time living together, e.g. with a glass of wine or a match of FIFA.
