Preferably long term, but short term also possible.
5250 DKK + expenses / Month + 2 months deposit.

Good morning group
I am renting out a room (marked in red in the planing)
The flat is 3 rooms, living room, bathroom (a proper one ??:D) american kitchen, balcony and a small depot.
The flat has all kind of brand new appliances: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher induction fire, oven, fridge etc,
And i also got a projector with NETFLIX and HBO
The room is fully furnished, but you can bring your own stuff if you want it.
I attach a video of the common areas and photos from the room.
You will be sharing the apartment with me an another girl, only 3 people.
¿Can i register my CPR?
Of course, renting included CP...R and contract long term,

Be responsable and respectful enough to keep good order, atmosphere and enviroment at home
¿Are you renting out to couples?
No, sorry, there are only 3 rooms and only 3 people can be registered at home.
¿Can i smoke at home?
I do not smoke, i would prefer a non smoker person, but if you can live smoking in the balcony, no problem.

¿Can i make some parties?
Yes i am spanish....... but controling it.........

¿CAn my friends or family come to visit me?
Sure, i have 2 sofa-beds and 1 inflating beds.
Just notify in advance and not bring more than 2 people at the time

Im Hector, I am from MAdrid (Spain) and i have been living here for almost 4 years here
I work at radisson Hotel, i use to work nights so most of the times the flat will be all your at night ??:D
I consider myself as a very calm guy, easygoing, easy to get along well, i like sports, music and going out some times.
