Room in top floor apartment in Sydhavn!

Whatsup peeps. Me and my roommate Jonny are looking for a third roommate for our spacious and bright apartment here in Frederiksbrygge!

Here are some details:

**The building is brand new and the apartment is on the 8th floor with a view over the south of the city and the canals.

**Frederiksbrygge is right by the canals in the beginning of Sydhavn, only a 5min bike ride from the meatpacking district. There is a Netto and an Italian speciality store right next door.

**The apartment has 130sqm, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a big new open kitchen (incl. dishwasher)

**The room in question is ca. 20sqm large, comes furnished with a 160cm bed, a dresser and a table, has its private balcony and private bathroom with a real shower!

**The monthly rent would be app. 7500DKK (incl. utilities and WIFI)

**The rental period is limited to 4 months, from now until the end of May.

**I am a 27 year old German who just finished his education here in Copenhagen. I work as a CrossFit coach, play the Guitar and Ukulele and enjoy cooking veggielicous food! Jonny is working full time at Henrik Vibskov, a danish fashion brand. We get along super well and we try to keep the apartment tidy and quiet and would look for someone who fits into that profile :).
