4 rooms for rent in newly restored and nicely furnished and equipped house on the Beach Park waterfront across the Culture Bridge (Nørresundby side of the fjord). Only the private rooms are not furnished. They are each 20 m2 and have their own private entrance. 3 of the rooms are at the ground floor level in a 130 m2 apartment with access to a large terrace facing the fjord. The last room (17 m2) is on the 2nd floor in a 153 m2 apartment with a 33 m2 southfacing wooden patio overlooking the waterfront. In total 5 people will live in the house, sharing the 300+ m2 residence and the 300 m2 terrace. Downstairs rooms are each 4,000 DKK - the upstairs is 4,500 DKK - including: water and heating (floor), electricity, internet (high speed wifi), washing machine + tumble dryer, insurance, window cleaning (outside) and general maintenance (incl. trash collection). Social interaction with your roomies is not mandatory, but we usually have gettogethers from time to time.
