Hi, if you are looking for good room in a shared appartment in a nice and calm area, but still close to CPH here is a chance!
The room is 14 sqm and has a built in closet. If wanted I can include furniture (double bed and a desk).
The appartment is 80 sqm and the shared facilities include a good large kitchen, a living room and a bathroom.
There is also a balcony with access from the living room with afternoon and evening sun and a small garden with access from the kitchen with a dining and a lounge area. The appartment is newly renovated. There is a washing machine and tumbledryer in the basement as well as a room with plenty of space for storage.
The appartment is in a nice residential area close to the sea (Skovshoved Havn and Bellevue) and green areas (Charlottenlund Skov), but still with easy access to CPH. There is a 8 min walk to Ordrup Station (from where there is 15 mins with the train to CPH center with S -train line C). CPH center can also be reached by bike in 20-30 mins (depending on speed and destination).
The appartment will be shared with me. I am studying medicine at Copenhagen University. When I am not studying, I work, do sports and hang out with friends. I appreciate that the appartment is kept nice and clean.
The room is available from 1 July. The rental period can be agreed.
The rent is DKK 4500. In addition there will be costs for heat and water. Wi-fi and TV is included.
