Lovely rustic room for rent at the 4th floor available 1st of February 2020. Costs are 4.900kr x month rent (including water, heat, electricity, Wi-Fi) for a total of 4.900 x month + 2 months deposit. I am looking for a quiet, tidy and non-smoking person.
In the apartment we live two other danish people (from Vejle and Copenhagen).
The room has windows out to the common yard, which means that you will wake up without realising you are in the middle of the city. You'll hear birds chattering or quietness from the enclosed yard, which is planted with shrubs and greenery.
The room has a big king size bed, a table and room under the bed for your stuff.
It's just behind The Meat District (Kødbyen) and Halmtorvet, so you'll be close to what's happening on Vesterbro.
Five minutes walk from D...ybbølsbro and ten minutes to The Central Station. Right behind the new metro, so you have 24/7 transport.
There is no sound from annoying neighbours (at least not while I have been living here for the past 3 years).
You have access to a common kitchen, bathroom and the yard.
You'll be living with two other young danish persons (male).
You have a ten minute walk to "Absalon", which is a privately run cultural and assembly center with activities and community dining in the former Absalon Church (yoga, dancing, meditation, and other activities). Delicious freshly made dinner every night for kr. 50.
Please be aware:
- I'm looking for someone who can move in 1st of February 2020
- The room will be rented out for three to twelve months, with possibility to extend
- the room contains inventory (a bed, table and room for your clothes / belongings). Additional storage may be found under the bed
- Superfast WiFi (500/500mbit) included and modern MESH WiFi routers
- warm room with automated radiator
- has washing machine and dishwasher
- has gas stove
- you can register your CPR here
