--> The room: it is furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. The room is quite large (20m2) and bright, with two windows. The rent is 3900 DKK including utilities, one month deposit.

-->The house: The room is part of a 190m2 villa. Common areas include dining room, kitchen, glass house, 2 bathrooms and a large garden. There is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The house is located in Veksø, which is 25 km from Copenhagen. The surroundings are very calm and safe, and it is ideal if you like nature !

-->The community: there are currently 5 people living in the house (all young professionals or students), one cat and two dogs. The atmosphere is international and quite chill.

-->Transport and Accessibility: The S-Train station can be reached within 5 minutes walking. It takes about 30 minutes to go to Copenhagen Central and less than 10 minutes to reach Ballerup. There are two supermarkets 10 minutes walking from the house.
