Following few words from Ivana and Robert
Hi! We are two friends Ivana and Robert renting the third bedroom in our 5 room apartment/town house located just next to Bella Center Hotel, golf course, Amager Fælled and Kalvebod Fælled.
Room is rented unfurnished for 5730 dkk without utilities (utilities shouldn't be more than 670 dkk per person - Heating, Water, Electricity, TV, Internet)
Move in date: possible from 1 January, 2020
Renting period: long-term (at least one year)
Smoking: outside
Pets are not allowed.
We hope you're a person in mid 20’s or early 30’s, responsible, clean and tidy who is up for occasional hangouts, mayb...e some trips, etc., but also respects private time when needed.
About apartment:
It's a town house with 'terrace' on each side, kitchen with eating area and one bathroom on ground floor, on the first floor ther's one room (the one that we are renting) and living room, and on second floor there are 2 bedrooms and second bathroom. There is washing machine, dryer, dishwashing machine, fridge, and cooking element/oven.
Shared areas are partly furnished, eating area has table and 4 chairs, living room with big sofa, TV, and small table so if you have any of your furniture we can work something out!
Transportation and surrounding area:
There is Metro St. (Bella Center) 3 min. away from the house. With metro you're in 5 min. at Islands Brygge St. and 12 in the down town (Norreport St.). As bicycle lanes are everywhere with a bicycle you're at Hovedbanegård (Central Station: train, S-tog, busses) in 15 min. The same time will take you if you want to go across the bridge to Sydhavnen St. Going in opposite direction you'll reach the airport with Metro in 18 min.
We have Rema 1000, Netto, Fields Shopping Center and few restaurants really close.
About us:
Robert is 29 years old starting his training program/work in information security. Besides sitting by the computer he can be seen in skatepark or hiking (since Denmark is flat then probably just sitting on a bench surrounded by green).
Ivana is 29 years old student doing her masters at AAU and DTU. If not occupied with studies/work, she's somewhere outside on a bike. She likes art & architecture, music, streaming series, sports, sleeping, tea & coke zero.
We are both from Croatia but prefer communication in English and learning Danish. ??
