Hey.
I'm currently looking for a roomie in my 2-room appartment located at Nørrebro.
The appartment is 60 m2 and the room for rent is about 15 m2.
The condominum has a very attractive garden in the center with space for a barbarcue, football/basketball or just a tan. The community around here is very friendly and you will be living in a safe and sound environment where people talk and help each other.
I, myself, is a studying to become a social worker - finishing summer next year. Therefore you will be guaranteed at least 1 year with this room as your home if you choose so. I'm currently doing an internship working with mentally handicapped citizens.
I'd say I'm in general just a nice guy, who enjoys being with friends and in my sparetime (which is not a lot recently) I play football..., fitness, video games and just in general enjoy being around friends and family.
I'd like to state that you are not only renting a room, you will of course be able to use the kitchen and bathroom as you please. It will be a shared responsability that my/your (future) home stays clean and treated with respect.
I smoke occasionally, but never in the appartment.
In the aparment there are a dish washer, owen but no washer for clothes. I was my clothes right beside the appartmen for about 20dk per mashine
The appartment is perfectly located in terms of grocery stores such as Føtex, Irma, Aldi, Meny og Lidl. All above mentioned are not longer than 750m away and Fakta the is the closets with just a 100 meter.
Fitness center repeat is just 3min away on foot as well.
The metro station "Nuuks Plads" is 5min away on feet.
Perfect if you're studying, not to mention that you can safeguard you bicycle in an in-built room for bicycles just below the appartment.
