We are looking for one more roommate in our central 5-room apartment from 1st of November, short or long-term.
The building was built just over 3 years ago and is directly located in the center of Aarhus (Nørre Allé). The flat stretches over 2 floors, one floor is on ground-level and 3 rooms are sub-terrain. The whole apartment is equipped with floor heating in every room, washing machine, dryer, a big kitchen and a big terrace and backyard behind the building.
Everything is close by and bars, grocery stores and the latin quarter are just 3 mins away. 7 bus stops are also right in front of the door.
You’ll be sharing the flat with:
Julie:
Julie is 20 years old and working her second gap year. She recently moved to Aarhus and now works as a service employee helping out at an Office full ...time. On her weekends she likes to spend time with her friends, go to cafés and she also works as a bartender
Paul:
24 y.o. half German/Spanish and originally from Berlin, Germany.
Has lived in Aarhus for 4 years now, and originally moved here to study. Currently, finishing his Master in International Business and working part-time in an IT company here in Aarhus. In his little free time he enjoys having beers, playing football and riding motorcycle.
Kasimir:
is Paul’s little brother and moved to Aarhus and into the apartment 10 months ago and together with Paul has opened a restaurant here in Aarhus where he spents most of his week. He’s 22 y.o. and in his free time he loves to play football, rugby and go mountain biking.
The room available is 10 m2 big and is one of the 2 rooms in the ground floor with a window facing the backyard. The rent is 3900 kr. and the deposit is 3 months’ rent. Wifi and electricity bills are shared among the 4 and comes on top, you should expect another 150-200 kr. for that.
