Hi!
We're looking for a girl to share the brand new house, because I'll leave Denmark.
located at Ørestad station.
20min by bike and 15min by train to the central station.
The house is about 130sqm: 3 story house. 3 rooms; 2 bathrooms!
open kitchen and living room with a large window and a great view. The house is newly built so everything seems clean and fresh. You will share with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
The practical:
The rent is DKK 5000 + wifi/utility fee approx, 300.
incl CPR registration,
Deposit : 3 month
The rent is unlimited and from 1st September 2019.
Fully furnished. I bought my furniture just a few months ago, so it would be nice if you could chip in a little.
You will share with 2 girls.
Danish/Canadian girl(32) and Japanese girl(21).
What we are looking for:
a well-organized and calm girl who is keen on a healthy lifestyle. No party sorry.
Please don’t bring friends or partner to stay over. We are fine with your family or friends from your country to visit you and stay here, but we don’t want you to bring your friends too often just for their comfort. Hope you could understand it.
