I'm looking for a social and nice tenant to soon rent my 10m² guestroom and share my newly renovated 100m² apartment for a period of 4months, with possibility of extension.
The apartment is located on Amagerbro just 5 minutes from the metro station and 10 minutes biking distance to central Copenhagen. The airport is 15-20 minutes away by metro. The neighbourhood has plenty of shops, restaurants and cozy cafés.
The apartment is equipped with a guestroom, a bedroom, two toilets, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. The room for rent is the guestroom which is furnished with a queen sized bed, a large closet and minor decorations. The living and dining rooms are included in the common shared areas.
I have made great effort in renovating the apartment, so I require someone who will be careful with it and my stuff in it. Furthermore, I expect from you to respect the house rules and do your part in keeping the apartment clean and tidy.
The monthly rent is 4.750 DKK with a downpayment of 9.500 DKK consisting of 4.750 DKK in deposit plus one month's rent paid in advance. Included in the rent is water, heating, electricity, gas, fast internet and WiFi, a well equipped kitchen, monthly housecleaning service, and a TV with Netflix, HBO & Viaplay.
