The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom with washer/dryer, balcony, and a shared garden courtyard, plus a large basement storage unit and basement bike room. The bedroom is unfurnished (but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished). A 3-month deposit is required (returnable on moveout). Estimated heat and water are included in the rent price, internet and electricity will be split between all tenants. It is a strict non-smoking apartment, including the balcony. The lease period is a ¼ year at minimum (3 months), with no maximum.
The apartment is situated in a quiet part of Østerbro on the north-east corner of Fælledparken. We are walking distance from 2 metro stops and Svanemøllen Station. There is a Meny at the edge of the block and a recycling center right next to our building.
The first room is 8 sqm and rent is 5640kr per month. Room is unfurnished aside from a built-in closet and has a large window with a corner view of Fælledparken on a quiet street.

Hej! We are Alex and Maia, a couple from the US who moved to Denmark for Alex to work on his PhD at DTU. Maia is a freelance artist/illustrator who works from home. We have already been living in Copenhagen for almost 3 years and love it here! We love to cook and travel (well, before covid, haha) and enjoy spending time in nature and a hyggeaften with friends.
Who we are looking for: A young professional or graduate student to join us. We'd like to have a social and friendly atmosphere in the flat with flatmates who will occasionally participate in group activities (f.ex films, dinners, board games, etc.) As Maia works from home, we ideally are searching for people who will be away from the apartment during the workday, but exceptions can be made.
