Apartment to yourself

About the room:
I am renting out a room from 1/12-23.
The room is 18m2, partly furnished and has a lot of daylight. There is a kitchen dishwasher and a newly renovated bathroom in the apartment. Unfortunately there is no living room. The apartment is located 200 meters from Amagerbro Metro Station, and you can reach Nørreport in 15 minutes on bike of 10 minutes with metro. The building has a lot of families, and therefore there is no noise from the apartments surrounding your room.

There's a nice, newly renovated bathroom with separate shower and a fairly new kitchen.

The monthly rent of 7.500kr includes everything.

About the situation:
I live in London, but I have a nice 2-bedroom apartment in Copenhagen. I am home 1 week per month (often less), but I've kept my room and am renting out the other room, it's 18m2. This means you'll have the apartment to yourself the vast majority of time.

About me:
I am 29 years old, and I live in London. I visit Denmark approx 1 week per month for work. When I am home, it is also important to me that the common areas a kept fairly clean (e.g. that dishes are done the same day). Apart from that, I am very easy going and always up for a chat.
