A furnished spacious room with a walk-in closet in a 102-square meter apartment for a long-term (4+ months) rent in Vestamager, just across the Royal Arena and near the metro station (M2), and Fields shopping mall. The room is the biggest in the apartment (please see a floor plan).

- You pay one rent for the first and one for the last month.
Couples or two friends are welcome to apply (2 CPRs possible).
The rental period starts as of 1 December 2023 (flexible in case you want to move a week or two later).
The apartment will be shared with me and another flatmate - both young professionals working for international organisation with regular travels on a monthly basis.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and sociable.
You are allowed to host the visiting friends or relatives in our apartment, but you have to let know the rest of the flatmates about it.
We have an elevator, big balcony, washing machine-dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, floor heating, and bicycle storage. In total it has 102 square meters, 3 bedrooms and a large, fully equipped kitchen, living room, as well as a big bathroom and spacious balcony.
