The room is 12sqm and a part of a 98sqm 4 room apartment with all the modern comforts one could need.
The apartment will be shared with me, working as a waiter and making a webshop out of the huge storage of vintage clothing I have. I have a small very well behaved dog who will be your new best friend.
Lucas lives in the other room, he is working as an events chef now and spends a lot of time working out and eating healthily.
We are looking for someone who prioritises cleanliness and is not a wild party animal all the time. Otherwise we are easy going and as long as the rent is paid on time then you need to make it your home too.
There is a deposit of 3 months rent and the last month pre paid.
It is available for immediate move in and does not have a move out date yet.
CPR registration is of course available.
